Our media wall electric fires are built to sit flush within a modern feature wall, usually around a wall-mounted television. Because they run on electricity, they need no flue, chimney, gas supply or log store, which makes them a practical focal point for new-build homes, living room renovations and rooms where a traditional fireplace is not an option.
Before you choose, compare the frame width against the recess you are able to build, the heat output (most models offer 1kW or 2kW with thermostatic control), whether you want a panoramic three-sided view, and how you prefer to control it. Many of our fires come with a remote and a 7-day timer, and several offer a choice of flame colours. Inset models need to be fitted by a professional, so measure your recess and check the installation instructions before building your wall.

How long will delivery take?
You will find the estimated delivery timeframe on each product page. Timing varies by product and availability. If you are working towards a particular date, contact us before ordering. We recommend receiving and checking your fireplace before booking non-refundable installation work.
How do I choose the right fireplace size?
Measure the space available and compare it with the full product dimensions, not just the flame opening or model name. For a media wall, plan the fire, TV and overall wall layout together and check the manufacturer’s installation instructions before building.
What should I check before installation?
Requirements vary by model and fire type. Check the product information and manufacturer’s instructions for fitting, clearances, ventilation and any electrical requirements. Use a suitably qualified professional where required. Delivery does not include installation unless expressly stated.
What warranty comes with my fireplace?

Can I return my fireplace if I change my mind?
For most online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Return costs and any applicable exceptions are explained in our returns policy. Contact us for the correct return destination and instructions; our registered office is not a returns address.
