Design and everyday use
The Tinderbox Large Eco Multifuel pairs a broad viewing window with a straightforward rectangular profile. Its 5kW nominal output and multifuel specification make it an option for a traditional fireplace setting where the flame view is the centrepiece.
The 5kW nominal heat output is a specification, not a room-size guarantee. Ask a competent installer to assess heat demand, ventilation, chimney suitability and the required clearances before ordering.

Fuel and installation
Seasoned wood and the smokeless mineral fuels specified in the appliance manual. Use only fuels permitted for your installation and local smoke-control rules.
This model is listed as an exempt appliance for smoke-control use only subject to its specified fuels, installation instructions and factory air-control restrictions. Exempt status is not permission to burn any fuel. Keep the appliance in the approved configuration and follow the current manual.
Installation, a suitable flue or chimney system, hearth, ventilation and any building work are not included. A competent installer must check the complete installation against the manual and applicable building regulations before use.
Estimated Delivery
Standard pallet delivery is included in the displayed price for England and Wales addresses. The pallet service is normally estimated at 1–4 working days when warehouse stock is ready; this is not a guaranteed order-to-door date.
Delivery is kerbside, not inside your home. A flat, level hardstanding area and suitable access for a tail-lift vehicle and pallet truck are required. Gravel, uneven ground and restricted access may prevent delivery. Please tell us about access restrictions before ordering and arrange for someone to receive the pallet.
Delivery outside England and Wales is not available through online checkout. Standard delivery will not be charged again at checkout within England and Wales.
Manufacturer warranty
The firebox is covered against manufacturing and material defects for 12 months from purchase. Registration can extend this firebox warranty to two years, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. This is not a blanket whole-stove or labour warranty.
Cover is for the original purchaser and depends on compliant installation by a suitably qualified person, correct use and annual inspection, servicing and cleaning. Keep installation and maintenance records. Labour is excluded; consumable items such as glass, internal liners, baffles, rope seals and paint are generally excluded unless shown to have been damaged on receipt. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
